Description:
The WDX-C is hdraulically set by applying pressure through the run-in string.A setting ball is circulated or dropped to a ball seat built into the landing collar.Applied pressure acts on the internal piston and moves slips up the cone to the set position.
Features:
1、The WDX-C is to be set hydraulicall, which is designed for applications in all types of wells.
2、Working with SQ setting-ball carrier, the WDX-C is suitable for applications in horizontal or highly-deviated wells.
3、The piston sealing element is made of nitrile/fluorine rubber for high pressure and temperature ratings.
4、Main parts are fabricated with high-strength alloy steel providing high burst/collapse resistance.

Mechanical liner hanger

Description:
The WDX-A Mechanical Liner Hanger, with double cones, double-row slips and double cylinders, is set hydraulically by applying pressure through the run-in string. A setting ball is circulated or dropped to the ball seat built into the landing collar. Applied pressure pushes slips up the cone to the set position.
Feature:
1、The WDX-A is set hydraulically, applicable to different wells, especially to deep wells.
2、With two different setting mechanisms, the WDX-A can set easily.
3、Working with SQ setting-ball carrier, the WDX-C is suitable for applications in horizontal or highly-deviated wells.
4、The piston sealing element is made of nitrile/fluorine rubber for higher pressure and temperature ratings.

Two stage cementing collar

Description:
Model FZ-A hydraulic stage tool is a special tool used to complete the cementing operation in two times. Mainly used in the following circumstances
1.1. Excessive injection of cement at one shot.
1.2. The formation cannot bear the gigantic fluid pressure.
1.3. Packoff special strata.
1.4. Avoid the occurrence of annual air channeling after the cementing job.
1.5. The considerable temperature difference between the upper and lower section makes it rather difficult to adjust the slurry performance.
1.6. Two-stage cementing for deviated and horizontal wells
 
2. Structure
Model FZ-A hydraulic stage tool mainly consists of two-stage coupling (body), shut-off baffle, first-stage plug and closing plug (see Fig. 1). Free-fall opening plug is available upon request.
Feature:
1. An anti-rotation device is specially developed to prevent the synchronous rotation of  closing sleeve and bits. 
2. A particular structure is developed to prevent the possible pre-shutoff of closing sleeve.
3. In the closing sleeve of closed circulation hole, close the locking mechanism to prevent closure put on the back, to achieve permanent closure.
4. All accessories, made from premium quality rubber or aluminum material, have very good anti-rotating mechanism that makes drillout easy.
5. Free-fall opening plug and pumping-down opening plug are available to realize mechanical opening.
